We find that many of the owner-managers that we work with often feel isolated running their own businesses. Our boardroom mentoring sessions are based on action learning and are designed to overcome this isolation.

An Action Learning Set is a small group of 6-7 peers who meet to discuss real business issues in a confidential and trusting environment.

Listening and questioning techniques are used to share experiences, learn from each other and establish positive actions to be taken to resolve the issues.

Strategic 1 to 1 Mentoring sessions

Our one to one mentoring sessions include solution focused coaching as well as helping you to implement your strategies.

Change and learning occur when individuals are willing to adopt a new approach and to do something differently. The solutions focused coaching approach is designed to achieve this by changing how participants focus on, and work with people both inside and outside their organisation.

Solution Focus centres on the actions that will resolve current issues and considers how the future will be impacted. The past is for reference, not residence. In doing this, the resultant actions are more positive and better accepted by the teams making the change.

Participants will work with an experienced coach to jointly find a tailor-made solution to a problem/issue that they are having within their business.

With their combined experience in the corporate world and by achieving their own success, they have come together to pass on what they have learnt, in terms of their knowledge, skills, and experience to you through the Strategic Advantage Method and Approach.

In 1990 Bob launched a successful construction company; nurturing it to full wealth potential and eventual profitable sale. Bob believes experience is a great teacher, all be it a harsh one and this journey – battle-scars and all – has given him a wealth of practical knowledge.

He is a proactive entrepreneur with the gift of making business elegant and streamlined – recognising opportunities where many don’t.
