Delivery Policy
After ordering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from info@freedomcoaching.eu giving you all the order details. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will also e-mail you when your order has been shipped and provide you with your invoice. If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will contact you within twenty four hours of receipt of your query.
Returns Policy
We operate a “no nonsense” guarantee on products purchased, which means that if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item/s. If the return is due to an error we have made we will refund the delivery charges. If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
